As you can see, Penelope likes to be well dressed. If it's raining when she wakes up, she does indoor crafts like stringing beads so her clothes and paws will not get muddy. Although sometimes she goes swimming in the pond.
If she gets a little dirty, she can be gently hand-washed in warm water and left to air dry.
