Your happiness is our priority. We want you to be delighted with your purchase or gift from Pink & Brown. So, if it's not just right, send it back.


Online Purchase Returns
For your convenience, all returns may be made via mail or in our store. We will gladly accept returns on any non-sale, unopened or unused merchandise in new or unused condition with your original receipt or packing slip within 30 days from the date you originally received your package* (please see return refund options below).
Store Purchase Returns
We will gladly accept returns on any non-sale, unopened or unused merchandise in new or unused condition with your original receipt for full merchandise refund within 7 days from date of purchase. Thereafter, up to 30 days we will happily offer an exchange or store credit.
Gift & Registry Returns
All gift returns will be issued a merchandise credit; no cash refunds are available.
Return Policy Exceptions
Please note all purchases on furniture, custom orders, personalized gifts, and holiday items are final and cannot be returned. All sale and promotional purchases are final; no refunds or store credits available. Pink & Brown reserves the right to refuse any return if they do not meet our return requirements.
Returns For Damaged Or Defective Products
We're so sorry! If you received an item that is damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, please call Pink & Brown at 1.703.684.1050 for assistance with your return.
Mail in Returns: Two Options, Your Choice
For your convenience, a pre-printed, pre-addressed and pre-paid FedEx label will be included within your original shipment box. You may choose to:
1. Make a Return for Merchandise Credit with Free Return Shipping:
If you choose to return your purchase to use for a merchandise credit, you may use our pre-printed label with free return shipping.
2. Make a Return for Merchandise Refund minus Return Shipping Cost:
If you choose to return your purchase to us for a refund, a $10 return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund when you use our pre-printed label
*If you do not have a return label, please contact our Customer Care team at info@pinkandbrownboutique.com or 1.703.684.1050. If you prefer, you may use the shipping carrier of your choice, however, you will be responsible for paying that carrier's shipping fee, regardless of your return preference.
Making a Return by Mail
Provided your return meets our approved criteria, please take the following steps to return your item(s):
1. Complete the return form on the reverse side of your packing slip. Be sure to indicate which of our two return options (refund or merchandise credit) you prefer. If you do not have a copy of your packing slip please contact Pink & Brown and we will provide assistance with your return. If no choice selection is chosen, a merchandise credit will be created.
2. Repack the item(s) in the original packaging along with your packing slip (or a photocopy).
3. Affix your pre-paid return label on the box.
4. You may drop off your return at any FedEx location. To find a FedEx location or to schedule a pick-up, please visit www.fedex.com. You may also choose to return your online purchase, free of return shipping charge, in person to our store location in Old Town, Alexandria.
